This deposit puts you into the production queue and we order the wigs, eyes and other accessory products. Assembly of the skeleton begins. Depending on the body type, we will contact you within a certain number of weeks to request the balance. If you are ready to pay the balance at that time we anticipate shipment within about 5 6 weeks (holidays or events may require flexibility). Your order selections are locked and cannot be changed once the final payment is received. If you are not ready to pay when we request the balance, we will put your order into the holding queue until you are ready. No matter which option applies to you, you can make payments in any amount over any length of time except the last payment. We ask that you do not make the last payment until we request it. In the case of missing the original request, we ask that you let us know about 2 or 3 weeks before youll be ready so we can adjust the production schedule to fit you back in. We will not contact you while you are saving up. Please contact us when you are ready. We do not pour silicone until the order is paid in full. We are now offering expedited service . Every client is of equal importance to us and every order gets the same care and attention, but sometimes there is a special project or deadline. We will allow for a maximum of 1 expedited order per month. To expedite orders with a maximum production time of 6 8211 8 weeks, payment in full must be received at the time of order, plus the 1,500 expedite fee. Expedite to maximum production time of 10 8211 12 weeks is 750. Signature series . The signature series dolls are fully inspected and finished by Matt Krivicke. He personally will trim, patch, and paint your doll, and apply the nails. Body hair (if any) will be done by Hollywood hair artist Michelle Nyree. Make up (female dolls) by Bronwen Keller. Signature series dolls also receive a certificate of authenticity signed by the artists. 1,500. Master Doll : We offer 1 ONE OF A KIND master doll per year for 180,000 base price. The master doll can be any adult form you choose. It can be human, humanoid, alien, anthropomorphic, celebrity, wife, etc. The base price includes a custom head and body using standard Sinthetics armature parts, made to your specifications. This doll gets the finishes by Matt Krivicke, with body hair (if any) by Hollywood hair artist Michelle Nyree. The mold is used to make this single doll, then put into storage not to be used for other clients. We retain the molds in case a replacement for you ever has to be made. Mold and copyright belong to Sinthetics. We can do extra special upgrades like tails, scales, wings, horns etc (not included in base price). This doll comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artists. As of OCTOBER 2016, our minimum production times are as follows (freight time is not included). Orders placed between November 20th and January 8th please add extra time to accommodate for National Holidays and annual trade events. We reserve the right to refuse sales or service to any individual at any time . We reserve the right to cancel an order placed into our system if the client is discovered to be related to a scam or intending to use Sinthetics proprietary forms or engineering. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, standard refund policies will be instituted. You can order an array of individual items aside from dolls on our site 8211 these include accessories such as wig brushes and doll stands, and also extra items such as penis attachments, inserts and doll heads. To purchase a doll head, however, you must either be adding to a new doll order, or you must already own a Sinthetic. We will need the doll number to match skin tones. The Sinthetics heads are not interchangeable by brand 8211 they only work with Sinthetics. RefundCancellation policy: An order can be canceled in writing prior to the start of production. A 10 fee will be retained on canceled orders, plus the price of any special ordered items that have been special ordered or come into stock (wigs, eyes, personal shopper outfits etc). Once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled but we will assist in an owner transfer if necessary. The 10 fee retained covers administrative costs, time spent with clients, materials etc. Payments on custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders, even if cancelled mid-stream, are not eligible for refunds. Return Policy Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless you received the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item was grossly misrepresented. Please make sure that you ask questions prior to ordering. We are happy to assist you in making your selections. All manikins and novelty products are shipped with insurance should damage occur in transit. Remember to take pictures of your item when it arrives, including pictures of the condition of the box prior to opening it. Pictures during production . We take photographs of each manikin during the production process and send those pictures to clients as a standard practice. Pictures are taken when the body is demolded, and again when the doll is complete and ready to ship. We do not offer this service for any items other than the full dolls. Warranty: Sinthetics provides a 60 day warranty on mechanical failure of the joints caused by factory imperfection or incorrect assembly. If a manikin arrives home with a flaw, we should be notified immediately. If a break or other damage occurred during shipping, an insurance claim will be filed and the manikin will either be repaired or replaced depending on the situation. If a joint breaks due to manufacturer defect, we will conduct a replacement or supply a replacement part at no cost as necessary for up to 60 days after delivery. If there is another flaw or something happens over time, we are happy to help and will stand behind our product. Every warranty case is reviewed individually. Damage caused by improper use or rough handling is not covered by our warranty. Dropping a doll or moving limbs improperly voids the warranty. Please read the online Care Guide prior to using your manikin for information on proper use, maintenance and storage. Quality control: Our quality control standards are very stringent. At this time, Matt and his assistants personally makes each manikin and spend a lot of time making sure things are correct. If there is any kind of flaw he either addresses it during production or we will not ship the manikin if it has something wrong. Prior to shipping, a series of photographs is taken to show all areas of the manikin and the condition in which it left the shop. This is as protection for us and the client should something unfortunate happen during shipping. You can see the dolls as they look when they leave our facility on our Delivered Dolls galleries. Extreme requestsmicro-management from clients: Sinthetics offers unparalleled opportunity for personalization of your doll. We are happy to consider most requests and go out of our way to create very personalized finishes from things as simple as special fingernails, specific colorsize nipple paint and as complex as fully custom bodies. There are, however, limitations to changes we will make to general production at no cost. Changes to standard production techniques such as body blushing, nail application, and overall finishes will be billed at 150hour. We have found that clients who dominate all areas of the artistic process cause us to second-guess our own work. This results in something that is less than it would be if our expertise is trusted. Clients purchasing manikins can choose to pay off an order in incremental payments of their choosing. After paying the deposit, you can send in payments over any amount of time until your order is paid off. Consider it a layaway plan with no deadline. Some clients take years to pay off an order. Custom manikins have different criteria that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Non-manikin product over 2,500 requires a minimum deposit of 500 with payments in any amount thereafter until the order is paid in full. Payment in full: All orders must be paid in full prior to the beginning of production. Pre-payment is required to pay for materials, manufacture time, and also to make sure that an order is completed by both parties. This is a custom, handmade, one-of-a-kind product. There is no production line for high end manikins. In some rare cases if we can expedite an order we will accept payment for a Sinthetic in full at one time. The boxes are 70 inches long x 22 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Shipments come either to your home or the closest shipping depot or airport depending on situation. You will be notified by email of the tracking number on shipments and contacted by phone when the manikin arrives in your area. Usually within the USA you can expect your manikin to arrive within 3 5 days after we ship it. For International Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5 10 days depending on destination and customs processes of each country. The freight carrier will not deliver without an appointment and personal signature. All Sinthetics are shipped clothed. International shipping policies: International shipments are sent to your closest international airport. Each of our manikins comes with the novelty balloon knot, a small silicone plug for the anal entry to prevent gape. The Balloon Knot must be removed prior to using the anal entry. Balloon Knots and tongues can be purchased separately for use with other doll brands. Can contact with silicone make me sick There are no known cases of illness or allergies from contact with platinum silicone toys. Platinum silicone is accepted as a safe compound used for many products including kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, and sex toys. Platinum silicone is safe, non-toxic, odorless and tasteless. We use medical grade material which is tested and approved safe for use on and in the body. About the heads: Our standard heads have a shallow oral core suitable for kissing and also fellatio although using a silicone doll of any brand for oral sex is never recommended. All our manikin heads are interchangeable so you can have more than one head for each body. The heads come with a pair of handmade eyes, a wig, silicone teeth and a removable silicone tongue. Note about oral heads: Although we do offer oral function, we do not recommend using silicone dolls of any brand for fellatio. The wait time depends on how many manikins are in queue before your order and whether you have ordered any special options or pre-order items. Eyes: The eyes are the window to the soul The handmade ultra-realistic eyes are interchangeable in Sinthetics. Our standard eyes can be ordered separately if you would like to have different looks for your manikin. These beautiful eyes are specially made to order by an eye maker who works on top Hollywood productions. The whites of these eyes are naturally tinted to give realism. Each manikin is finished with a pair of these beautiful eyes in your choice of color. For added realism, you can select upgraded eyes which have hand-applied veining for a nominal fee. Custom eye colors, styles and sizes are available by request. Please allow up to 12 weeks for manufacture and delivery of custom eyes. Wigs: Each manikin and each additional head is shipped with 1 wig of your choice. We have a very large selection of styles and colors available. Skin Tones amp Silicone Samples Silicone Samples: If you are trying to decide what color doll best meets your needs, you can request 6 samples of our silicone in colors of your choice for only the cost of postage. Unfortunately postage prices have recently increased, but the samples are still free. Each sample is just a small piece to show color, softness and texture. Order Now We strongly recommend that you order samples to see color in your own space. It is almost impossible to get an accurate sense of color from pictures on a computer. This is especially true for our FTM clients trying to purchase packers to match their body. Custom skin tones are available for an additional charge for full size dolls only. If you are unsure what colors may be best, you can send photos of models or other dolls you like and we will give a recommendation. All of our standard (non-Licensed) manikins can be ordered in your choice of skin tone, wig, eye color and finishing touches. We offer 12 Standard skin tones ranging from very fair (Cream) to very dark (Espresso). Our skin tones are named after desserts and beverages to avoid limiting the imagination by specifying race. When we started Sinthetics we had the Milk, Latte and Caramel skin tones. The Milk turned out to be unnaturally fair, and impossible to keep clean which is why it was removed from the standard list. Milk can still be made at no additional cost by request. The Latte and Caramel we felt were too far from realistic to work with our brand. The Latte and Caramel have been reformulated to Sugar and Spice respectively. The original Milk and Latte skin tones are available by special request, at no additional charge. Pigment for Caramel is no longer available. As of May 2014, the Chai skin tone has been updated. If you are ordering an item to match something made in Chai before May 2014, please let us know to use the old formulation. Milk (extremely fair) 8211 Fantasy skin tone suitable for Vampire or extremely pale character Latte (pinkish medium) 8211 Caucasian Caramel (pinkish tanned) 8211 Caucasian, Southern European Fantasy or Specialty Skin Tones: We are able to create any skin tone you desire. There is a fee for this service and it is important to remember that repair kits will not be an exact match if you have to order one in the future. If you order a custom skin tone such as pearl white or shimmer bronze, and you would like to be able to get exact matching silicone repair kits in the future, we can custom formulate the color for you for an additional charge. Custom skin tones are 300: 150 is a non-refundable formulation and sample cost, 150 is the fee to implement the color in the order. Sexual entries: We use a standard sized entry for the anal and vaginal cores but one size does not always fit all. The anal core is a different shape to the vaginal core to create different sensations. Both are created with closed cavities to create suction. The standard core sizes are for 8220average8221 men If you know that you are a little big or a little small, PLEASE let us know before we begin production so that we can use the appropriate core sizes to make your manikin as fun for you as possible. Average would fall between 3.5 and 5. There is no additional charge for the core change and we8217re happy to accommodate. Or more specifically, create your Sinthetics to accommodate you Inserts: Sinthetics can be ordered with built-in entries or removable vaginal inserts called Honey Pots. The anal core is built-in to the manikin and not removable. Additional inserts are 150 each. We also have a transsexual insert available for female Sinthetics if you would like your female doll to have a penis. The Transsexual insert is only available in the 68243 size. The penis inserts are 349 each. Owners of insert manikins can request a free replacement Honey Pot every 13th month, just cover the cost of postage. Our Honey Pots are made of a proprietary platinum silicone blend which allows for maximum softness and durability. Unlike products made of TPR or other hot-melt materials, silicone can be washed in the dish washer and can tolerate very high temperatures so it does not melt or lose shape. They are intrinsically tinted for realism with a pink inside DO NOT use silicone inserts with TPE dolls The silicone causes a chemical reaction with TPE which forces mineral oil out of the TPE. This results in the TPE shrinking, drying up, and cracking. These are NOT comparable or compatible materials. How to install the Honey Pot: The best way to insert the Honey Pot or insertable Penis Attachments is to follow the steps below: There is some great advice here . The steps we recommend: 1) Spread the legs properly with knees bent. See the instructional video on our Videos page. The opening needs to be fairly wide so you can get the insert to slide easily. 2) Apply the hand sanitizer 8211 about a 18243 blob of it 8211 to the outside of the Honey Pot and spread it around 3) As you8217re about to slide the Honeypot in, press down on her belly to collapse the cavity and drive the air out, releasing pressure slowly as you slide the insert into place. You8217ll never get it all of the way in unless you let the air out. 4) Slide the insert in with a fair amount of force. It will bunch but as you press it will also straighten. It only fits in one way so you do want to make sure the shapes line up. 5) You can use your fingers or a padded rod of some kind to gently assist in pushing the insert in from the inside. Meaning you put your fingersthe rod into the insert and use your hand outside the insert to help it all slide happily. Make a point of not using a stick or something that will tear through the back of the Honey Pot though To remove it . spread the legs (knees bent as always). Grip the insert at the thick ridge behind the labia 8211 you will have to put your fingers into the inner ridge of the body. Pull slowly but firmly. There will be a vacuum seal at the back which will pop apart when the insert has stretched enough to let a little air flow between the insert itself and the body. Once the seal is broken it will slide out fairly easily. NOTE: We do not recommend using lubricant to install the insert. The point of the hand sanitizer is that it evaporates which creates a nice tight bond inside the body. Use only water-based lubricant for sexual penetration of the doll. Gel or liquid is fine, as long as it8217s water based. Please view our Care and Maintenance section for instructions on cleaning the entries. Details about various penis options are available here . Transsexual and Hermaphrodite Sinthetics: We are able to make any manikin from our standard line transsexual or hermaphrodite. You can select the penis size, if any, and opt to have a removable or permanently attached penis, a vaginal canal or no vagina. The easiest and least costly option for a transsexual manikin is to order one of our standard female bodies with the removable penis insert. Our proprietary insert-transsexual system is patent pending. We are able to do custom genitalia upon request. Please contact us for pricing. Can I put inserts in a manikin with built-in entries No if your manikin has built-in entries the inserts cannot be used. Trying to put inserts into a manikin with built-in orifices could damage the manikin, the insert or both. Manikins with intrinsic canals cannot be modified to take inserts. Can I use Sinthetics inserts with other doll brands No, our inserts do not fit with other dolls, they are designed specifically to fit only Sinthetics canal shape and size. We do not sell the Transsexual inserts to people who do not already own a Sinthetic. You especially cannot use silicone inserts with TPE dolls. See note above for details. Can I order the insert to try out before I buy a Sinthetic Yes, Honey Pot inserts can be purchased separately for you to try. We recommend purchasing one of our torso products with the insert to get the best idea of how a full manikin will feel. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. Low-Voltage Built-in Heat: You can order your Sinthetic companion with LOW VOLTAGE built-in abdominal heat which safely warm the entries of your doll. The system is almost entirely concealed inside the doll. There is a very tiny plug in the neck where the power converter attached. The converter takes 110V house or vehicle current and changes it to 12V current for safety. The heat is 300 extra and is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Make sure to follow directions when using the heat. DO NOT PLAY WITH YOUR SINTHETIC WHILE SHEHE IS PLUGGED IN Soft buttocks: All Sinthetics now come standard with soft buttocks. There is no change to the shape, look or durability of your manikin but it adds a nice softness to the buttocks area. The density is that of an athletic young person. Buttocks cannot be enlarged. Once silicone is pierced, the hole is permanent and will be a weak spot for the life of the manikin. If you put earrings in your Sinthetic you should not try to put the earring butterfly backs on as they can indent and damage the ear lobes. Earrings will typically stay in without need of the backs. We can also do other special body markings upon request. We can do freckles, beauty marks, tan lines and special realistic coloration for darker skin tones by request. Some body markings such as tattoos and tan lines cost extra minimal beauty marks or freckles can be done at no additional charge. Breast EnlargementsReductions: We can do breast enlargements on the female manikins by request. We cannot do reductions as they would require an entirely new body mold and therefore a fully custom body. Breast enhancements result in a slightly firmer breast and they do come with some additional risk. The cost for an enlargement is 500 because if something goes wrong during the enlargement process, the entire doll would need to be re-poured. Enlargements must be done when the doll is freshly out of the mold. Core modifications for softer doll Shaved ribs . The designation of shaved ribs means that the rigid foam chest core is shaved down. This results in thicker silicone over the rib core for a softer doll. It is less realistic since girls as slim as our dolls do not have a lot of padding over their ribs, but some people prefer soft over realistic. The shaving of the ribs adds a small amount of weight maybe 4 lb. The shaved ribs would be paired with soft thighs for a total cost of 150.00. Custom Projects We are happy to discuss any special requests you may have. We have the ability to create custom manikins and accessories such as heads, and we are happy to special order clothing, wigs, shoes and eyes for you. Sinthetics was founded on the creation of just such a custom project when we created the one-of-a-kind Josie Doll for Josie Stevens on the E TV show Married to Rock . General terms for custom projects These terms are just the general outline. Please email for more specific details on projects you would like to commission. It IS possible to have a group purchase a custom project together (each to receive individual items from the same mold) to share expenses. Clients must find and form their own groups. For a custom doll we can do a similar face but not an exact likeness without the consent of the model. Often the deliberate variances in the likeness are very difficult to detect. The time and cost for a custom project is very high if we are unable to sell the doll again. If you agree we can resell the body as part of our standard line, and we feel that it is salable, we will absorb some of the development costs. If you do not agree that the head or body can be added to our line or we feel that it will not sell enough to cover our development costs, you would have to take on 100 of the costs involved. In the case of a full custom body which we could resell the price would be approximately 25,000 for sculpting and mold-making fees, plus shipping and any additional upgrades (heat, pubic hair etc). A custom head we can resell starts at 4,000 plus shipping and upgrades. Costs for fully custom items that cannot be sold are approximately double the costs of items we can resell. Pricing above is for completely new sculpted products. Modification to existing products will have different pricing. Custom projects do require trust and vision on your part. Our artist is outstanding at achieving likenesses, but in clay things look very different to how they will appear in silicone. It is often difficult for people to 8220see8221 how the sculpt will look when complete. Often the finished sculpts have an 8220alien8221 quality because they are missing hair, teeth, eyelashes and eyebrows. Also the clay does very different things with light refraction to the silicone and the angle of the photographs is sometimes confusing. This is where trusting your artist is really important. Some people simply cannot see or imagine what the transition will be, but our artist is a professional with decades of experience with likenesses. The final step is styling. We can style the dolls so they look almost identical to the original model, but we can also intentionally change the appearance with make up, eye color, hair colorstyle, skin tone etc. Viewing our galleries of our existing dolls should illustrate how different faces can appear when the styling is changed. Styling can make a huge difference. When we market the custom faces after the original delivery we try to make a point of styling the dolls to look as different to the original model as possible. Limits to what we can do: Limits are very broad but will come into play when material limitations, physics, timecosts and practicality come in to play. For example, a 7 foot tall doll is not viable because it would require an entirely new skeletal system and would be too tall and too heavy to move. Equally, a doll representative of someone very fat would not be doable because its impossible to maintain desirable softness as well as manageable weight. The pricing described above assumes we can use our existing skeleton parts, unmodified, and our typical production techniques. If the build is such that a new skeleton would need to be designed or special production techniques be developed costs could be much higher. Can you make a manikin of my friend or a celebrity If the person you would like to have as a manikin gives their consent we are able to make an exact likeness. If the person does not consent to being scanned or life cast to be a manikin, we can make a similar look from our standard available products or discuss a similar look for a custom item. Can I get a manikin that looks like another Sinthetic thats been made before Yes, we will happily match make up and styling to an existing manikin (except the original Josie Doll). They are designed to have the widest range of realistic motion possible and to hold most poses. Sinthetics cannot support their own weight, however, and do not have locking joints. When you see dolls standing in our photos some kind of support or stand was used. We do not photo-shop the stands out so you can often see them. Neck hooks can be used to suspend your manikin from a beam or stand to create the appearance of standing. The legs can be lifted 90 to the front (kneeling, or with legs over your shoulders with back on the bed). The thighs can be pushed apart and together but may not hold a position if the weight of the silicone is pressing back to its relaxed posture. Arms can be lifted to shoulder height from the front but should not be pushed past shoulder height to the side. The range of motion is designed to mimic normal human motion not contortionist abilities. If the manikin is resisting a position, do not force it. Breakage of joints is possible if manikins are roughly or improperly posed. View pictures in our galleries for examples of safe poses for your manikins. We recommend using support devices such as wedges, pillows and swings to position and use your manikin for best results. Look at this link to see some posing video, instruction and images. When moving a particular joint, address the joint directly. Do not try to move the hip by holding the leg at the knee, for instance. When moving the hip, put one hand above the joint and one directly below it and ease the joint into the position you want. The same applies for all areas of the doll. Excessive leverage caused by moving a joint from further down the bone can cause the bones to warp or the joints to break. Detailed information on the range of motion and the correct way to move joints is included in every Sinthetics care guide. It is normal for the joints to be a little tight when a Sinthetic is new, and for them to loosen slightly over time. We use specialized joints and fittings to prevent excessive loosening even with years of play. Moving the Joints ElbowAnkles 8211 To bend the elbow, hold the area above the elbow in one hand and the area below the elbow with your other hand. Use firm, slow pressure to move the joints. Be aware of the way you are bending the arm to avoid unnatural positions or damaging the joint. Try to feel the structure and bend with the joint rather than forcing it to bend. WristsAnkles 8211 Hold the hand and arm in the same way as described for the elbow. Make sure to hold the hand at the center of the palm and gently flex the joint using your upper hand to stabilize the arm. The ankles are moved the same way. Knees 8211 Using the same grasp and process as described for the elbow, hold above the leg and below the knee. Most of the available motions are the same as for humans. Do not force the joints to move or use heavy pressure with posing your manikins. Fingers Positioning the fingers in a natural position makes a considerable difference to the appearance of reality. Try to keep the fingers in a relaxed posture rather than extremely straight or bent. To pose each finger, hold it where the knuckle would be that you are trying to move then pose the finger with your other hand. The hands can hold a pose and can support light weight items such as pens, flowers, fruit etc. The fingers are made with a very durable wire and a unique construction that allows for a solid finger-feel, posability and no silicone tearing with proper use and care. Carrying amp Moving Your Sinthetic: A good tool for moving manikins around is a chair with wheels, such as an office chair, or a doll stand with wheels. The best way to carry your doll is the bridal position or bear hug. Always be conscious of where hands and feet are to avoid dragging or pulling them. It is a good idea to cover the hands with knee-high stockings while moving. Make sure that the hands are not under the manikin when you put herhim down as the fingers can be damaged. Please do not pull on the fingers, hands, toes, arms or legs, or throw your manikin as a break could occur. Dropping or putting a manikin down too hard can also result in damage. For bridal carry: First, position the manikins hands loosely over the chest or stomach. Stand to the side of your manikin when shehe is in the face-up position or sitting, slide one hand around the back and hold under the arms. Use your other hand to hold your manikin under the thighs or knees. For bear hug: If you only have to move a short distance, you can also lift the manikin under the arms and carry herhim face to face. Be cautious to avoid over stretching or damaging the breasts in this position When positioning your manikin for doggie style or other face-down positions, ALWAYS turn the face to the side to avoid friction. You must be careful to avoid any rubbing of the face as make-up and eyelashes can be damaged. It is best to support the upper body of your Sinthetic with pillows or a wedge to prevent the face touching any fabrics or surfaces during play whenever possible. Breasts: The breasts of female Sinthetics contain a soft stable gel and are covered with thin silicone skin. To protect the breasts, please do not leave your manikin in the face-down position. When you use the manikin in face down positions (such as doggy style) use cushions under the chest to reduce the burden and friction. Treat your manikin as you would treat a real woman do not strongly knead the breasts or pull them as this could cause rips or tears. Make sure to turn the head so that the face is not experiencing undue friction on furniture or bedding. Be conscious of clothing tugging on the breasts when dressing or undressing your doll. Care, Cleaning amp Maintenance Cleaning your Sinthetic Making sure to clean your Sinthetic after every encounter is very important for durability and your health. If your manikin has built-in entries, use the provided cleaning kit or a standard douche ball with warm water and antimicrobial soap to flush your manikin out. Dish soap often has a pleasant scent and works very well for cleaning out your manikin. You can also add a small amount of bleach if you wish. After soaping, flush thoroughly with fresh water until completely clean. Make sure to dry the inside of your manikin as well as possible either by letting herhim drip-dry from a hanging position or by using an absorbent cloth wrapped around a narrow long object such as a dowel rod. If you opt to use a cloth and dowel, be very conscious of keeping the dowel completely covered to avoid scraping, gouging or tearing your doll. For dolls with Honey Pots, remove the insert after each use and wash thoroughly under hot running water with antibacterial soap. The silicone is able to sustain very high temperatures and can even be washed in your dishwasher. Flush thoroughly until completely clean. After allowing the insert to dry completely, replace it in your Sinthetic using hand sanitizer gel to help it slide into place. Take care to always dry the inside of the insert thoroughly either by letting it drip-dry or by drying with an absorbent cloth wrapped around a narrow long object such as a dowel rod. The insert can be heated with hot water prior to use if your Sinthetic does not have the built-in heat. Lubricant: It is absolutely necessary to use lubricant when using Sinthetic manikins and other Sinthetics products for sex. When using silicone products you should only use water based lubricant. Never use oil-based or silicone based lubricants as they can seriously damage your manikin. You can order recommended lubricant brands directly through Sinthetics. Every manikin is shipped with a bottle of lubricant. BathingShowering: When your Sinthetic needs to be cleaned, bathe gently using body soap or mild detergent with a soft cloth or sponge and warm water. Nipples, pubic area or face should never be vigorously rubbed. Rubbing the colored areas of your manikin very hard or using harsh chemicals such as acetone or alcohol will damage the tints. Excessive friction can also break body hair off. Always handle your manikin with care. You can bathe your manikin in the bath but water should not be deep enough to get into the neck bolt area. If you clean your manikin in the shower, make sure to remove the head and wig before washing. Cover the head attachment area and neck bolt with a plastic bag or shower cap with a rubber band to keep water out. This is especially important if your Sinthetic has the built-in heat. The plug for the heater must never get wet. If you are having a problem with static electricity, products such as Static Guard Spray in the laundry aisle at your grocery store can be very useful. You can follow a bath with perfume if you would like the added scent identity for your Sinthetic. You can also take your Sinthetic into the hot tub or swimming pool with care to keep the neck area dry as described above. Body hair cleaning: The body hair on your manikin is hand applied by individually punching each strand. This creates a very realistic appearance but the hairs are fine and must be cleaned carefully. Rough scrubbing or friction can break the hairs off or pull them out. It is best to rinse the area with running water rather than rubbing with a cloth or sponge. Color maintenance: Your Sinthetic has been created with the make-up style of your choice. The colors are sealed on for durability, but in some instances it may be necessary to replace some of the make-up colors. Be conscious of your own body hair and furnishings 8211 they cause friction which can damage finishes over time. If you have very course beard stubble, be nice to your Sinthetic and shave before play. If finish repairs become necessary select compressed power make-up (eye shadows) of similar colors to do any touch-ups. Use a round tipped make-up brush like short bristle soft paint brush to reapply the colors where necessary. For nipples, a soft sponge can be used. If you wish to seal the color on, please contact us for detailed instructions and materials. Fingernails and toe nails are created with permanent color. If you opt to paint the nails you can use regular nail polish. If removing the color, use non-acetone nail polish remover. Acetone will melt the nails. We do not recommend painting the nails as the base nail can be permanently damaged. If a nail should pop off, use GE Silicone II Clear Caulk from a home improvement store to reattach them. Replacing the Head: There are now several generations of Sinthetics heads. To remove the manikins head, you will need to first take off the wig. For the female dolls the head flips open in the back. There is a visible slice which is held together by a strong magnet. If you cannot open it with your fingers, you can slide a blunt knife between the slit and pop the magnet open. For dolls made mid-2013 and later: After opening the head, simply twist off the wing nut to release the connection. To put the head back on, make sure the neck is in a straight, upright position. Place the head over the neck attachment and align the hole in the skull over the visible bolt. Apply the wing nut finger-tight to secure. Flip the skull and silicone cap back down. The top of the head will close with a magnet. For earlier dolls: Flip the top of the head, and depress the white button to release the head clip. Slowly lift the head off the neck. To put the head back on, make sure the neck is in a straight, upright position. Place the head over the neck attachment and slowly slide down until the attachment clicks into place, or is tightened on with the wing nut. The top of the head will close with a magnet. For male dolls: Male dolls and some very early Sinthetics have a different skull type. This is so that the head can be left bald without a visible cut. Feel around the base of the skull for a very obvious soft spot it will be in the back near where the skull is closest to the neck. Carefully roll the silicone up to reveal the hole, and press your finger inside to release the head. Positioning: If you find that your Sinthetic appears to be looking down, you can straighten the neck by gripping firmly under the chin in a strangling gesture. Push back gently but firmly to straighten the neck joint which is about half way down the neck. Replacing and positioning the eyes: The position of your dolls eyes can greatly change the attitude and realism. Take care to keep the eyes in a natural position, both facing the same direction and always make sure to avoid touching or damaging the eyelashes. The eyes are very easy to pose. Simply remove the wig, open the head, put your hand inside the head and use the small adjustment pins to modify the direction your manikin is looking. To remove the eyes, add a drop of water-based lubricant at the lash line with a Q-tipcotton bud being careful to avoid touching the eyelashes. Wiggle the eye in the socket a little from the inside to distribute the lubricant. Gently but firmly pull the eye out of the socket. You will hear it pop out. To put new eyes in, simply lubricate the new eye slightly then push the eyeball into the socket. You will need to push it a little further in so the eye bulges slightly to make sure the eye is completely in. Release to a natural look, position as desired, then close the head and replace the wig. WIG MAINTENANCE Brushing the hair: When brushing a wig it is always best to use a metal wig comb such as the ones available on our site. Metal combs reduce static and tangles. Brush gently and do not pull the hair strands. To brush a long wig, hold the hair in your hand with a few inches of the ends sticking out. Brush through the ends gently until there are no tangles. Move your hand another few inches up and repeat. When you get close to the skull, comb gently down to the ends of the hair. Do not brush through the wig net. Washing the wig Before washing the wig, gently brush it to remove tangles. Fill a sink or bucket with cold water and mix in 1 tablespoon of wig shampoo. Immerse the wig for one minute and gently agitate in the watersoap mixture. Do not rub the wig as this can damage the style or cause tangles. Empty the sink and refill with clean water. Repeat to rinse. Remove the wig from the water and blot gently with a towel. Do not squeeze or wring. Apply wig conditioning spray very lightly, spraying from 10 to 12 inches away. Never heat-dry a wig Allow the wig to air dry out of direct sunlight by supporting it on a slender object such as a hairspray can or shampoo bottle. Using the manikin8217s head or a wig stand can permanently stretch the wig cap. You can style the wig lightly with your fingertips while damp do not brush until it is completely dry. We have lots of interesting tips that are regularly updated for styling and maintenance on our Pinterest feed . Perfume: You can perfume your Sinthetics. Smell is a very important aspect of attraction and personality. Adding a special scent to your manikin will heighten your experience and enhance bonding. Every Sinthetic is shipped with a name brand perfume or cologne. Make-Up You can put normal make-up on your Sinthetic. Although it is possible to put lipstick or gloss on your manikin it can be difficult to remove and can damage the factory make-up in removal. For easiest removal of lipstick use alcohol on a cotton ball and rub as little as possible. You can change the look of your manikin temporarily by using any compressed powder make-up (like eye shadow compacts). Powder make-up is easily removed with warm water and mild soap or alcohol. Do not rub your manikins face with anything abrasive or with a lot of pressure as this can damage the factory make up. Always take care to protect the eyelashes of your manikin The eyelashes are the most delicate part of any doll. How long will my Sinthetic last Platinum silicone is a stable compound that can last for decades when properly cared for. Silicone does not dry out, crack or degrade when it is maintained and stored appropriately. With care, you can expect many years of joy from your manikin. As with all products that experience heavy use you should expect some maintenance. Please read your owners manual prior to using your Sinthetic for information on proper use, maintenance and storage. Doll Hospital Should your doll break please contact us immediately. We have a Doll Hospital where we can repair most dolls of any brand. For brands other than Sinthetics or Lovable Dolls, we may not be able to match parts or silicone exactly, but we will do our best to do a clean, functional repair. If you believe your doll has a broken or dislocated back or leg, do not hang himher on a stand. Severe breaks should be supported and broken dolls should be left seated or lying down. Minor repairs such as tears in the silicone, replacement of labia or make up touch-ups can be done by you at home. Please contact us for details on how to do at-home repairs, for replacement parts and kits or estimates on a surgery in our doll hospital. Storage Sinthetics are made of very durable material but should still be handled with care and respect. Optimal storage for Sinthetics is to keep the manikin hanging by the provided hook. Custom Sinthetics stands are available for purchase through our website. If you are unable to keep your manikin suspended he or she can be stored seated or lying down on a soft, well supported surface. You should not store your Sinthetic lying on its side for long periods of time or put pressure on the manikin from the sides. Always avoid pressure on the eyelashes as they are the most delicate part of your manikin. Please read your owners manual prior to using your manikin for information on proper use, maintenance and storage. Dressing The tips presented here are good for use with any silicone doll. Having your Sinthetic hanging on a stand makes dressing considerably easier. Specially designed stands can be purchased through our website. We strongly recommend selecting clothing that opens completely down the front or back andor has stretch to make dressing your manikin easier and more enjoyable. Always take care to avoid bending or pulling the fingers during dressing. Each Sinthetic goes home with a pair of knee-high stockings specially intended to cover the hands while dressing to make the fabric slide more easily and avoid damage to the fingers. Use of stockings, pantyhose and bodystockings will make dressing your doll much easier. This is true of the male dolls as well. Take your time when dressing your Sinthetic. If your doll is going to be wearing long pants we advise putting nylon stockings on first. The stockings help clothing slide on easily. If you use thigh-high stockings you can pull them off when you are finished putting on the pants. We recommend using these stockings when your manikin is in bed as well to avoid the fingers catching in bedding. Stretch fabrics are always preferable for silicone dolls They will make your life much easier, prevent unnecessary exertion on your part and prevent damage to your Sinthetic. Whenever possible, use clothing with wide necks, buttons, zipper or other fasteners for easy dressing. In most cases it is easiest to dress manikins from the feet up. We do not advise that you put very tight clothing (tight jeans) or bras with under wires or boning on your manikin as these items can leave temporary impressions in the silicone. If you are using boned clothing, you can often remove the wires easily from the inside of the outfit without changing the look of the outfit. To put on a sweater or T-shirt, if the neckline doesnt open completely in the front or back but is wide enough or has enough stretch it is always best to pull the clothing on from the feet up. If you must pull the top on over the neck, it is best to remove the head before putting the item over one hand first, then stretching over the neck, and finally putting the other hand into the garment. This is easiest with the manikins arms bent at the elbows, close to herhis body with hands up by the shoulders. For shirts or jackets that open down the front, pull the manikins arms gently behind the back, putting the hands close together with the arms straight or slightly bent. Put the sleeves over the hands first, taking care of the fingers, then pull up the arms evenly until the garment is properly in place. Sinthetics have jointed shoulders and clavicles which make putting shirts on much easier. To put on underwear, pants or skirt, it is easiest to straighten the manikins legs, and slide the clothes up slowly. Stockings or pantyhose make putting on pants much easier. To put on stockings or pants, scrunch the garment down so that you are holding the waist band and the foot hole in one hand. Push the foot gently through the hole and slide up to the ankle. Repeat on the other side. Gradually work the garment up the legs. If necessary, squeeze your manikins knees together to ease sliding the clothes up. If you live in a dry climate and find static to be a problem, we recommend Static Guard spray in the laundry isle at a local store. When selecting shoes for your manikin it is best to order shoes a size larger than your manikins feet in order to avoid damage or squashing the toes especially in the case of closed-toe shoes and boots. Socks and stockings make putting shoes on much easier. Videos will be added to the website shortly to show the best dressing techniques. Placing the Wig: To correctly place the wig on your manikin, make sure the elastic strip at the bottom of the wig is placed at the back of the manikins head where it meets the neck. The wig label should be centered. If the elastic does not keep the fit of the wig tight on the manikin, the wig could slide off during use. Most wigs have adjustable elastic with clips to tighten. For short styles, bring the back of the wig to the connection point between the head and neck for the best look. Adjust the wig placement as necessary for the most natural appearance. Pulling a wig too close to the eyebrows and reducing the amount of forehead shown can cause your manikin to look angry or sad. Remember to give the right amount of forehead space Static electricity can cause the hair to stick to the silicone. Spraying a little water on the wig and using a metal comb can reduce this. If the wig style is curly and begins to go frizzy, spritz with cold water. Ideal wig combs are available in the Accessories section of our shopping cart. Outfits from our Galleries: In some cases we will sell the clothing a Sinthetic is wearing in a photo set. Please contact us if you are interested in a specific pair of shoes, the jewelry or clothing shown. If we have the item available, very often we only have individual pieces, but we will sell some by request. In other cases the outfit, shoes or accessories may be available from one of our vendors allowing us to special order for you. Check our blog posts periodically to see if we have any items of interest available on clearance. A few times a year we will sell sample wigs, props, outfits etc that may be new in the package or may have been used once for a show or photography setting. Pre-Wash Clothing: It is typically best to hand wash lingerie and dark outfits prior to dressing your manikin as dyes can sometimes stain silicone. We recommend hand washing and hang-drying outfits prior to putting them on your Sinthetic. In the case where clothing does accidentally stain your doll, the color will usually come out of the silicone by itself in a week or two. Do not try to wash the color out or rub the area excessively. The silicone will eventually reject the clothing dye. Tours amp Visits Site Visits: We conduct site visits by appointment for people who are seriously considering purchasing our products. Appointments should be booked a minimum of 1 week in advance by emailing SalesSinthetics. We are a small company and understand that people want to be certain of our abilities prior to placing an order. Due to being small, however, we need to make sure that all visitors are seriously considering our product as tours take away from production time. We do not charge a fee for the site visit. Can I see a Sinthetic in person before purchasing Yes, you can visit our facility by appointment to see a manikin in person. You can also see us at trade shows and events. Please view our events listing on the home page to find out where we will be exhibiting or send us an email to request information. We are developing retail relationships with stores around the world where you will be able to see Sinthetics in person. Each picture includes details about the order so that options can be replicated if you especially like what you see. New pictures are added regularly In cases where there are lots of delivered dolls with a certain combination there may be multiple pages to view.
